Impact Racing puts you in a race for survival. You travel around a track with two missions: complete the lap within the allotted time and destroy a certain number of cars; fail at either task and it's game over. Luckily, the five cars you can choose from come equipped with lasers that can turn the opposition into rubble. There are also other weapons scattered throughout each track, including heat-seeking missiles, mines, concussion missiles, and smart bombs. In addition to the weapons, extra time and armor power-ups are also available. Each track can be driven in reverse, at night, or in reverse at night for a total 12 different track variations.
